Grapes Composition: Sangiovese 85%, Cabernet Suvignon 5%, Merlot 10%
Alcohol: 13,50% vol.
Tasting Notes: nice purple color, with attractive balsamic notes and
clear fragrances of ripe fruits,
like ribes and blackberry. Balanced on the palate, full and round,
with persistent finish.
Food pairings: ideal for
traditions food from the Chianti region like “pici” with ragout
souce, “pappardelle” with hare souce, stewed wild boar and stewed
roebuck.

Grapes composition: Sangiovese 100%
Alcohol: 13,50% vol.
Tasting notes: an intense rubin color, elegant to the smell, with intense
bouquet of distinct hints of mature fruit and mineral note by contrast.
Juicy and intense, with great energy and flavoured tannins, balanced
on the palate.
Food pairings: ideal for
roast roebuck, roast pheasant, “fiorentina” steak, pieces of
pig’s liver,
grilled pork’s ribs.
